Our building is artist owned and occupied. It's been renovated specifically with the artist in mind. Each studio has been designed and built with the kinds of amenities that artists need. Unobstructed wall space, sinks, gallery lighting, windows and great access to Manhattan. Located only one block from the first subway stop in the Bronx, studio visits from Manhattan have never been so easy.
